Standard Configuration

 

1. This standard configuration semi-trailer applies to the 40-50t loading capacity and 50t and up are also available according to customer’s requirement, while the standard H beam should be 2mm thicker, the channel steel should be the 18# type and the longitudinal beam should be 50mm higher.

 

2. This standard configuration semi-trailer adopts the common traction pin and legs; the JOST type is also available.

 

3. Water-proof structure is optional for the standard configuration semi-trailer.

 

4. The goods transported should be the granular type, such as the sand and stone. The distance between the breast board and the pitching pile should be considered and noted in the confirmation letter.

 

5. This standard configuration semi-trailer includes the external pitching pile and the internal pitching pile. The internal tank dimension for the former type is 2280mm and is 2400mm for the latter type.

 

6. Each side of the standard configuration semi-trailer is equipped with 5 breast boards that can be equipped with 2 rope tighters.

 

7. This standard configuration semi-trailer is the corrugated type and the flat type is also optional.
